I drink very little water throughout the day. First reason is because I don’t feel thirsty and second is because my bladder can’t hold urine for too long. But not anymore! Thanks to ground flaxseed! When there is an increase in fibre intake, such as having flaxseed, it is usually recommended that water intake be increased too. But in my case, I’ have noticed that even if I don’t drink 8 glasses of water a day, I still have soft stool, no straining and no blocked toilet.
