Game Plan

In one of my posts, I said I was going to commit to achieving something by June 1. And I have. I now have a concrete plan on what I want to do and how to do it.

Finally, I am very pleased and confident that this plan will lead me to where I want to go. I believe that because I gave myself a deadline of June 1, my mind went into action on generating ideas.

I have organized and narrowed down the things that I want to work on in the next 6 months. So, by the end of December, I should have some tangible results.

So here are the things I want to do:

  1. Study teachings of Dr Hyman, Dr Jason Fung & Gary Brecka and work as a coach of their companies by December 2025
  2. Own 5 real estate properties by December 2025
  3. English language improvement (watch clips from Friends or read fiction books)
  4. Blog my journey and progress
  5. Organize our house the Marie Kondo way
  6. Pray daily for my and my siblings’ potential future significant others

Extra- help my relatives become financially free.

Everyday, I will devote a time to do all of the above. On days that I am working, I will spend at least 5 minutes on each goal. But on my days off, I will spend at least 30 minutes on each one. There may be days where I will devote more time on a specific goal and it just depends on which one needs my most attention. Every day, beginning August 1, 2025, I have been writing down what I have done on each goal. I am putting a red “x” if I didn’t do anything on a goal. It makes me very excited to be able to write something down on each goal.

So help me God!

My Game Plan (ChatGPT version)

A while ago, I promised myself that by June 1, I would get clear about what I truly want to achieve. And I did. I now have a solid plan—simple, focused, and finally something that feels right.

Giving myself that deadline flipped a switch in my brain. Ideas started flowing, and little by little, everything came together. I’ve organized my goals and narrowed down what I want to build over the next six months. By the end of December, I want to see real, measurable results.

Here’s what I’m committed to:

  • Study the teachings of Dr. Hyman, Dr. Jason Fung, and Gary Brecka, and become a coach with one of their companies by December 2025
  • Own 5 real estate properties by December 2025
  • Improve my English (watch Friends clips, read fiction, etc.)
  • Blog my journey and progress
  • Organize our home the Marie Kondo way
  • Pray daily for my future partner and my siblings’ future partners
  • Help my relatives move toward financial freedom

My Daily System

Every day, I set aside time for all of these goals.

  • Workdays: at least 5 minutes per goal
  • Days off: at least 30 minutes per goal

Some days one goal needs more attention, and that’s okay—I adjust as needed.

Since August 1, 2025, I’ve been tracking everything I do. If I skip a goal, I put a red “X” beside it. Seeing a day full of check marks makes me excited—it reminds me that progress is real, even if it’s slow.

This journey matters to me. I’m all in.

So help me God.
