Day 6/180

My activities today:

  1. Worked 9am to 8pm
  2. Put away dishes from last night
  3. Washed dishes
  4. Watched youtube until bedtime

The time I spend on youtube after a long shift is something I would like to change. I usually get home by 9:30pm and sleep by 12 midnight. I could use 2-3 hours of my time better by reading or learning a language instead of being on my phone. This is one area that I am still working on.

I will allow myself to relax and unwind by watching youtube as long as I have done an activity that will increase my value.

I will see if I can make this change.
