My activities today:
- Ironed clothes for next day shift
- Washed hair and flat ironed in preparation for next day shift
- Put away the dishes from last night
- Drive around the city with my brother
- Got some groceries
- Gas up car
- Vacuumed carpet
- Decluttered living room
- Chopped veggies
- Washed dishes
Small win today/Area improved: PROCRASTINATION
I usually get very frustrated at the end of my day off coz I rush washing my hair at 11pm. I rush to flat iron my hair and iron my clothes for the next day. So I don’t get to sleep until 12am to 1am.
I always feel defeated and so inefficient everytime this happens.
So I thought this is a really good area to improve on. I felt in control after I finished ironing my clothes and washing my hair early in the day. These were the first tasks that I did. The rest of the stuff I did for the day were just added bonus.
