Day 2/180

My activities today:

  1. Ironed clothes for next day shift
  2. Washed hair and flat ironed in preparation for next day shift
  3. Put away the dishes from last night
  4. Drive around the city with my brother
  5. Got some groceries
  6. Gas up car
  7. Vacuumed carpet
  8. Decluttered living room
  9. Chopped veggies
  10. Washed dishes

Small win today/Area improved: PROCRASTINATION

I usually get very frustrated at the end of my day off coz I rush washing my hair at 11pm. I rush to flat iron my hair and iron my clothes for the next day. So I don’t get to sleep until 12am to 1am.

I always feel defeated and so inefficient everytime this happens.

So I thought this is a really good area to improve on. I felt in control after I finished ironing my clothes and washing my hair early in the day. These were the first tasks that I did. The rest of the stuff I did for the day were just added bonus.
